In Ahmedabad, 80-year-old Niranjana Desai, or Niruben, crafts homemade ice cream daily using just four natural ingredients: milk, cream, stevia, and fruits. Starting in 1986 from her kitchen, her shop now offers 27 flavors, eschewing artificial additives. This traditional approach, using a furnace and kadhai, has built a loyal following for her unique frozen delights.
