Nepal observes National Day of Mourning in honour of those killed in Gen Z protests

Nepal observed a national day of mourning on Wednesday for 74 people killed in the recent Gen Z protests. Government offices and schools were shut, flags flew at half-mast, and vigils were held across the country. The Cabinet had declared September 17 a public holiday in their memory.
