Mumbai court junks plea for FIR against former minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju, Air India ex-CMD in flight safety case

In an order passed on Tuesday, the sessions court noted that a magistrate court's earlier ruling in the matter, against which the revision plea was filed, needs no interference.
