Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train project 80% complete, first section to open in 2027: Ashwini Vaishnaw

The Surat to Bilimora section of India's first bullet train is projected to debut in 2027, representing a substantial milestone in the nearly finished Mumbai-Ahmedabad corridor. Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw also launched the third semiconductor factory in the nation today, alongside five crucial infrastructure developments designed to boost Ahmedabads urban transport and rail networks.
