Malaysian floods affect 11,000 people across seven states

Torrential rain has caused widespread flooding across seven Malaysian states, affecting over 11,000 people. The northeastern state of Kelantan is the hardest hit, with thousands displaced and housed in temporary shelters. Separately, a landslide in Perlis stranded around 400 people, who are reported to be safe.
