Karnataka: Govt will hold all local body polls this year, says Dy CM Shivakumar

Local body elections will be held across Karnataka this year. This includes polls for five new corporations in Bengaluru. Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar announced the decision. Ticket aspirants are asked to apply by January 15. Funds from applications will build party offices. Elections for Zilla and Taluk Panchayats are also expected soon.
