Iran says no date set for next round of negotiations with US

Iran's deputy foreign minister announced no date for upcoming talks with the United States. He stated a framework of understanding must be agreed first. Iran will not accept being an exception to international law. He also addressed issues regarding the Strait of Hormuz passage. The US approach prevented an agreement.
