India notifies four Labour Codes, paves way for mega reforms

The four Labour Codes, approved by the Parliament in 2019 and 2020, will replace 29 labour laws and will aim towards gender equality in workplace, universal social security and enabling provisions to enhance ease of living for workers and ease of doing business for employers.
