In talks with multiple partners for Andhra refinery: BPCL

BPCL is developing a large refinery-cum-petrochemical complex near Ramayyapatnam port in the Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh. The base investment for the project is estimated at around Rs 96,000 crore.
