Hyderabad overtakes Delhi, Mumbai in office leasing as Wise, DE Shaw sign big deals

Wise and DE Shaw signed leases for large office spaces in Hyderabad, indicating a rise in demand. The gross office leasing volume reached 4.21 million sq ft in the September quarter, surpassing previous figures. Hyderabad's leasing activity has now outpaced that of Delhi and Mumbai, positioning it as a strong market. This trend is attributed to global corporates establishing Global Capability Centers in the city.
