Finance Ministry nod sought to extend subsidies for two- and three-wheelers

The Ministry of Heavy Industries is seeking approval to continue subsidies for electric two- and three-wheelers. These subsidies are currently set to end on March 31, 2026. The PM E-DRIVE scheme has already seen significant spending on these vehicles. Extending the subsidies will support the ongoing adoption of electric mobility in India.
