Excise policy case: Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia approach SC after request to transfer CBI plea to another HC judge declined

Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia have moved the Supreme Court. This follows the Delhi High Court Chief Justice's refusal to transfer a CBI plea. The plea challenges their discharge in the excise policy case. The Chief Justice stated the case was being heard as per roster. The Supreme Court will now consider the matter.
