Delhi PWD orders carpooling for inspections, cancels all foreign travel for officers

Delhi's Public Works Department is promoting energy saving. Officials must now carpool and use public transport for project inspections. All foreign travel for officers is cancelled until further notice. The department is also pushing for electric vehicles and organic manure in horticulture projects.
