Delhi HC refuses immediate relief to PepsiCo over manufacturing with 'energy drink' label

The Delhi High Court declined to interfere with a ruling preventing PepsiCo from producing beverages labeled as 'energy drink'. PepsiCo had appealed against a previous order affecting its product line, citing comparable relief granted to another brand. The court required the single judge to provide specific reasons for their decision within a week. Currently, PepsiCo can sell existing stocks but cannot manufacture new products with the contested label.
