Delhi HC permits Wankhede to move defamation case over The Ba*ds of Bollywood to Mumbai

The Delhi High Court has allowed IRS officer Sameer Wankhede to file a defamation case in Mumbai. The suit targets a series produced by Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment. Wankhede alleges the series defames him to settle personal scores. He seeks damages for alleged personal attacks. The Mumbai court will hear the matter on February 12.
