DLF sells Kolkata tech park, land to Srijan Group for 670 crore

DLF has finalized the sale of its Kolkata technology park and 25.9 acres of land to Srijan Group for 670 crore. The transaction includes an IT/ITeS SEZ property for 409.86 crore and 17.75 acres of vacant land for 260 crore. This divestment aligns with DLF's strategy, as its rental arm previously sold another Kolkata asset in November 2024.
