Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge calls people of Gujarat 'illiterate' in Kerala poll rally

Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge made a statement in Idukki, Kerala, describing Gujarat residents as illiterate. Kharge stated Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan cannot deceive the people of Kerala. He asserted Keralites are intelligent and educated. Kharge alleged Modi controls Vijayan and both leaders follow similar paths.
