Californias endangered fox is surviving inside solar farms; how a small gap in the fence could help save them

Researchers discovered that a purposely designed gap in the fencing permits safe access for the foxes while keeping larger predators at bay. Their studies indicate that the survival rates and home ranges of these foxes are comparable to those in nearby habitats, highlighting the viability of renewable energy coexistence with wildlife.
