Boss screams I am the CEO at employee who tried to mistreat charity volunteers. She lost the job but won 2,160 with her next move

Julie Mayes, a former community support worker at The Carrbridge Centre in Wirral, Merseyside, has won 2,160.81 in compensation after an employment tribunal ruled that she was unfairly dismissed. She had raised concerns about chief executive Matthew Gibbs' alleged aggressive behaviour towards employees and volunteers. During one confrontation, Gibbs reportedly screamed I am the CEO in her face after she tried to intervene in an argument with volunteers.
