BJP's Tejasvi Surya accuses DMK, Congress of 'weaponising' impeachment to target judiciary

BJP MP Tejasvi Surya has accused the DMK and Congress of unconstitutionally weaponising impeachment. He stated this after Opposition MPs submitted a notice seeking the removal of Madras High Court Judge G R Swaminathan. Surya called the move an attack on the judiciary and alleged it was driven by anti-Hindu sentiments.
