Amitabh Bachchan recently opened up about struggling with sleepless nights because of his hectic work schedule even at the age of 83. In a late-night blog post, the veteran actor admitted that work often takes priority over rest despite doctors recommending at least seven hours of sleep. He shared that listening to soft classical meditation music, especially slide guitar and sitar tunes, helps him feel calm and eventually fall asleep.
