As hotels seek quality talent, salaries of senior roles see substantial jump

Senior hospitality executives, particularly general managers, have seen substantial pay increases due to market demand and talent shortages. Compensation for luxury hotel general managers has risen by 40-75% over three years, reflecting a competitive environment.
