ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India to start work on Rs 70,000 cr Andhra steel plant next week

ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India is launching its largest greenfield steel project in Andhra Pradesh, investing Rs 70,000 crore in the first phase. The integrated steel plant near Visakhapatnam will have an 8.2 million tonnes per annum capacity, with initial operations expected by late 2028 or early 2029.
