American pension fund Washington State Investment Board has invested Rs 230 crore in Hawelia Group's revival of a stalled project in Greater Noida. This marks WSIB's first investment in a stalled project. The project will deliver over 2,000 homes. The investment is expected to revive the decade-old legacy project. The Uttar Pradesh government has facilitated the project's completion.
