Ahead of polls, Mamata Banerjee unveils Rs 1,500 stipend for jobless class 10 pass-out youth

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has announced a new scheme. Unemployed youth who have passed Class 10 will receive Rs 1,500 monthly. This initiative aims to foster self-reliance. The scheme targets individuals aged 21 to 40. It begins immediately as a gift for International Women's Day.
