Actor Aamir Khan revealed his intense physical transformation for the film Dangal. He gained weight for the older version of his character and then lost 25 kilograms for the younger role. Khan achieved this by consuming only 1,500 calories daily and following a demanding fitness routine. This included trekking, weight training, swimming, cycling, and long walks.
