ASK Property Fund exits Rs 1,500 crore debt fund with an investment multiple of 1.83x

ASK Property Fund has successfully exited Mahagun Group's Noida project. The fund invested Rs 310 crore in 2021 and received Rs 650 crore upon exit. This successful exit marks a significant return for the fund. ASK Property Fund also recently invested in the Kanodia Group's real estate venture.
