GRAP-III lifted in Delhi-NCR as air quality improves to very poor category; city records coldest November night in 3 years

The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) has revoked GRAP-III measures in Delhi-NCR due to improved air quality, lifting restrictions on BS-III petrol and BS-IV diesel vehicles, and most construction activities. Directives for 50% work-from-home and hybrid classes are also withdrawn, with GRAP-II rules now in effect.
