Significant Number of MBBS Seats Remain Vacant in Rajasthan After NEET UG 2026 Counseling

After the NEET UG 2026 counseling rounds, a significant number of MBBS seats remain unfilled in Rajasthan's private medical colleges. With 1,039 seats vacant, primarily in the General category, questions arise about the counseling process and its adherence to state policies. The counseling board insists that the procedure followed Supreme Court guidelines. A stray vacancy round may be organized to fill these seats, providing another chance for candidates who missed out earlier. Students are urged to stay updated on official notifications regarding the next steps in the admission process.
