AISA chief Neha Bora moves Delhi HC against police notice over keeping peace bond

Neha Bora, President of All India Students' Association, is contesting a notice from the Delhi Police. This notice requests her to execute a bond to maintain peace during an ongoing enquiry. Bora was previously detained while heading to a protest but later released. Her petition claims the notice lacks substantial information regarding the alleged breach of peace. The legal proceedings are argued to suppress peaceful dissent and violate constitutional rights.
