World under threat of war, only dialogue can lead to solutions: VP Radhakrishnan

Vice President CP Radhakrishnan emphasized dialogue as the solution to global war threats. Speaking at the Indian Youth Parliament in Nagpur, he highlighted the importance of mother tongues for originality. He praised efforts to translate the Constitution into various Indian languages. Constructive debates in Parliament, he noted, are vital for achieving a developed India by 2047.
