Who is Anurag Kumar, the ex-Intelligence Bureau special officer now Delhi's new police commissioner?

Anurag Kumar has been appointed as the new Delhi Police Commissioner. He was serving as Special Director in the Intelligence Bureau before this appointment. Kumar will take charge from the date he assumes office until further orders. He succeeds Satish Golcha, who has been directed to report to the Lieutenant Governor. This leadership change will take effect once Kumar formally assumes charge.
