What's in the US peace plan for ending the war in Ukraine?

The U.S. has drafted a 28-point plan to end the Ukraine war, offering Russia major territorial gains while requiring concessions from both sides. Ukraine would need to give up remaining parts of Donetsk and accept Russias control of areas seized since 2022, while Russia would have to withdraw from parts of Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk.
