Suspended TMC MLA Humayun Kabir launches Janata Unnayan Party, to contest Murshidabad seats in 2026

Humayun Kabir, a suspended Trinamool MLA, has launched his new political outfit, the Janata Unnayan Party. He announced candidates for the upcoming 2026 assembly elections. Kabir will contest from Rejinagar and Beldanga in Murshidabad district. His party aims for minority unity and development of common people. Kabir is open to alliances with anti-Trinamool and anti-BJP forces.
