SC to decide if ED can move HCs under Article 226

The Supreme Court will now hear a crucial case. It will decide if the Enforcement Directorate can approach High Courts with writ petitions. This is based on its status as a juristic person. The Kerala and Tamil Nadu governments have challenged a Kerala High Court order. The High Court had allowed the ED's right to file such petitions.
