SC dismisses MMTC appeal on NSEL's Rs 1,950 crore scheme

The Supreme Court dismissed the appeal filed by MMTC regarding a settlement scheme for creditors affected by the exchange's crisis. More than 90% of the creditors had approved the settlement scheme earlier in May 2025.
