Rahul Gandhi 'insulted' Northeast by not wearing 'Gamosa' at Rashtrapati Bhavan's At-Home: BJP

This follows allegations that Mr. Gandhi did not wear an Assamese Gamosa presented to guests at a Rashtrapati Bhavan reception.
