Perambur & Trichy East: Actor Vijay's double-seat debut in Tamil Nadu polls

Actor C Joseph Vijay will contest the Tamil Nadu assembly election from Perambur and Trichy East. His party, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam, released its candidate list on Sunday. Vijay promised to create a drug-free Tamil Nadu and provide collateral-free education loans. Several other prominent candidates are also set to contest on behalf of the TVK party.
