Operation Pawan sacrifices must be honoured, says Rajnath Singh

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh called for honouring Indian soldiers' sacrifices during Operation Pawan in Sri Lanka. He noted the Modi government is recognizing the IPKF's contributions at all levels. India deployed the IPKF in Sri Lanka in 1987 following a peace accord. The operation saw significant sacrifices from Indian soldiers. The government is now ensuring their valor is acknowledged.
