Kerala launches 'Rakshakavacham' accident insurance scheme for private sector workers

In a bid to bolster financial security for private sector employees, Kerala has unveiled 'Rakshakavacham', a groundbreaking accident insurance scheme. Under this initiative, families can receive a substantial payout of 5 lakh rupees should an unfortunate accident occur. The program aims to reach out to 25 lakh workers, all for an accessible annual contribution of only 150 rupees.
