Iran state TV says European countries in talks with Tehran for Hormuz transit

European nations are in talks with Iran regarding passage through the Strait of Hormuz. This follows similar agreements with East Asian countries. Iran has largely controlled shipping since a conflict began in February. A ceasefire is now in place. Iran is preparing a system to manage traffic, benefiting cooperating commercial vessels. This route remains closed to certain operations.
