Harsher winter ahead? IMD expects next cold wave spell in these regions from Dec 3 onwards

Central India and adjoining regions are forecast to experience normal to below-normal temperatures this winter, with an increased likelihood of cold wave conditions in several northern and central states. While most of the country anticipates normal to below-normal maximum temperatures, the western Himalayas and northeastern states may see above-normal highs. Weak La Nia conditions are expected to persist.
