HC temporarily stays registration of 'Wellford Pudin Hara' trademark on Dabur plea

The Delhi High Court has temporarily halted the registration of 'Wellford Pudin Hara' trademark, citing its strong resemblance to Dabur India's 'Pudin Hara' mark. The court found a significant likelihood of consumer confusion and suggested the adoption of the new mark was prima facie dishonest. The stay is in effect until March 17.
