Experimental traffic changes rolled out in Srinagar to ease peak-hour congestion

As part of these efforts, traffic authorities are making temporary adjustments such as closing and reopening specific turns and intersections. During a recent experiment on MA Road, officials temporarily shut a turn near the mechanised parking facility to observe whether redirecting movement towards another point would improve traffic behaviour.
