ED attaches fresh Rs 1,906 cr worth assets of Gameskraft

The Enforcement Directorate attached assets worth Rs 1,906 crore belonging to Gameskraft. This action was taken due to allegations of operating an addictive online gaming environment. The company allegedly encouraged repeated wagering and generated significant proceeds of crime. These funds were then layered and integrated through dividends and share buy-backs. The total attachment in this case now stands at Rs 2,401 crore.
