Delhi murder case: Accused raped IRS officer's daughter in rooftop study, changed blood-stained clothes before fleeing

A shocking crime unfolded in Delhi's Kailash Hills. A 19-year-old former domestic help allegedly raped and murdered the daughter of a senior Indian Revenue Officer. The accused entered the house using a spare key. He attacked the woman, stole cash and jewelry, and fled. The victim was preparing for civil services exams.
