Delhi a mandi for child trafficking, says HC

Delhi High Court has expressed grave concern over child trafficking in the capital. The court described Delhi as a 'mandi' for such activities. Notices have been issued to Indian Railways, Delhi government, Delhi Police, and NCPCR. The court noted that despite earlier interventions, child trafficking continues unabated. Implementation gaps and SOP violations were highlighted.
