Delhi HC says nothing left in 2020 plea on disclosure leak after 5 years

The Delhi High Court questioned the delay in a plea by Delhi riots accused Asif Iqbal Tanha. The court noted that over five years have passed since the petition was filed. It stated that the case is on the verge of becoming infructuous. The court remarked that the petitioner had not taken steps to seek an FIR.
