Court issues notice to CBI on Rabri Devi's plea seeking transfer of graft case to another judge

A Delhi court has asked the CBI for its response on a plea by Rabri Devi. The former Bihar Chief Minister wants the IRCTC hotel scam case moved to a different judge. She claims a reasonable apprehension of bias. The court however refused to halt the ongoing trial proceedings. The matter will be heard again on December 6.
