Consensus eludes Governor and CM
The Supreme Court has intervened in the Kerala governor and chief minister's deadlock over vice-chancellor appointments. A committee led by Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia will now recommend one name for each of the two state universities. This decision comes after the governor and chief minister failed to reach a consensus. The committee will submit its recommendations by December 17.
